My Story: From Stuck to Free
I, too, once faced these roadblocks. The first time I wanted to quit my 9-to-5, I was in my mid-twenties, working as an art director. I craved more—more freedom, more travel, more time to explore life. But I didn’t know how to make that leap. I didn’t see the possibilities and, like many people, I thought that quitting meant I had to have a specific skill set or business education.
For years, I stayed in jobs that didn’t fulfill me. It wasn’t until I hit rock bottom—burned out and battling depression—that I knew I needed to make a change. I sought help, and talking to a therapist helped me regain some peace. But I still didn’t have the direction I needed. That’s when I wished I had coaching to help me find clarity.
