Prior to launching my coaching business, I spent over a decade as an art director and project manager at leading agencies, where I focused on creating innovative business solutions and developing new products for the Scandinavian market. Julinda spent many years in the corporate world in the UK before stepping away from the 9-to-5 to pursue a higher purpose. After earning her certification as yoga teacher in Goa, India, she specialized in Ashtanga and Vinyasa yoga, leading dynamic sessions that emphasize fluid movement and expressive techniques. To her, yoga transcends physical exercise; it’s a philosophy centred on living and loving fully.
